Brass base with three pivoting arms and tri color enameled pivoting shades in red white and black
All original condition
23 inch overall height
24-34 inch width
7 inch base diameter
In overall very good original condition in working order
The red shade has two very minor indents shown in photos that are not distracting irl
Condition otherwise is excellent for age
Base shows oxidation from age and is unpolished
